At Big Sister Supplements, we work hard to get your order out the door quickly so you can get the support you need as soon as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 4–10 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at hello@bigsister.shop.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@bigsister.shop and we will do our best to assist in locating your shipment.

International Orders

Not available at this time.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping package

We will review the situation and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
