RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Big Sister Supplements, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for the safety of our customers, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unopened and unused.

The safety seal must be intact.

The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened supplements

Products with broken safety seals

Products that have been partially used

Gift cards
-
Promotional or clearance items marked as final sale
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bigsister.shop.

Photographs of the product and packaging
If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@bigsister.shop with:

The reason for the return
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The product arrived damaged

The product was defective
-
We shipped the wrong item
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date through your customer account or by contacting hello@bigsister.shop.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
