SHIPPING/REFUND POLICY

Shipping
Thank you so much for trusting BIG SISTER with your order. Please let us share with you how our ordering process works:

At BIG SISTER, we use our fulfillment partner, Influencers Link, to ship your order. Orders are imported from our integrated online store, selected, carefully packed, and shipped via UPS or USPS or with one of the services selected by you. Orders are usually shipped out daily, but always within two (2) business days (with the exception of orders that fall on federal holidays). Typically, orders received after 12pm will be shipped the following business day.

In addition to the 2 business days for fulfillment, please consider the estimated transit times for your order to be delivered by the carrier to you. We rely on the shipping carriers below, and once your order leaves our fullfilment center, we cannot control the delivery wait times, but can only estimate the general timeline:

– USPS Domestic (US): estimated 3-8 business days.

– UPS Domestic (US): estimated 3-6 business days.

This is an estimation provided by the carriers, and the transit times may be shorter or longer based on several logistical factors such as weather, work force shortage or strikes, order volume surge due to holidays, etc.

Once an order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking information from the relevant carrier. Please note, that carriers may not scan a package when picking up, so the tracking information may not upload until later or even after the package has been delivered.

Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or promotional items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Also, the refund will originate from ‘Influencers Link’.
