BIG SISTER was founded by Dr. Stephanie Nichols, a licensed naturopathic doctor with a decade of experience helping women reclaim their health.

Her expertise lies in supporting women through hormone imbalances such as PMS, PMDD, PCOS, infertility, and peri-menopause, always by addressing the root cause.

Grounded in the principles of Naturopathic and Traditional Chinese Medicine, her approach is holistic, science-backed, and focused on the whole person.
